about

Debut EP containing 4 previously released tracks, plus 2 new ones.

It's a concept EP album, following the adventures of a girl cosmonaut dealing with her mental health struggles.

Broken down by song:

1) "She, The Cosmonaut" - The protagonist lifts off and begins her journey in space. Awful and wondrous things await, but she's unable to feel any excitement or, in fact, any emotion at all.

2) "Just Another Day In Space" - Our cosmonaut has been in space for a while; days go by, and every damn day is the same, with various ups and downs.
Life is dull, dreadful and lonely in her spaceship.

3) "Panic Attacks!" - After all that awfully boring time, one day her ship short circuits and systems fail.
Meanwhile, an alien ship approaches and is using some mysterious advanced technology to capture her!

4) "Dreaded Close Encounters Of The Third Kind" - The aliens got her and locked her in a cage in order to run some tests - oh, the cliché.
She starts comparing herself to them, since they're obviously super smart and way more technologically advanced than humans, and feels like the lesser being in the room.
The aliens keep looming over her like menacing shadows with their big, cold, judgy stares.

5) "Escape From The Black Hole" - Fast forward in time, the girl cosmonaut broke free from the aliens, got back to her ship and is now running for her life. On the way there are big obstacles, where the biggest is a black hole. She almost gets too close risking to get sucked in and being completely disintegrated, but at the last moment she manages to escape.

6) "A New World To Call Home" - The cosmonaut lands on a promising planet, after all her ineffective traveling around and stumbling into issues of various nature.
This planet looks like a legit place where she can start a new life. Maybe there's still hope for better times to come.
